Raw Cacao Powder
You might be thinking... how is chocolate a superfood?!
Well in its natural, raw cacao form it has many hidden benefits!
Cacao itself is great for your health and is nature's number-one weight loss and high energy food Chocolate is rich in antioxidants, magnesium, iron, chromium, manganese, zinc, copper, vit-C, phosphorus and more!
Adding cacao into your diet is easy by adding it into yummy smoothies or desserts to get that gorgeous chocolate flavour we all love!
Chia Seeds
Chia seeds are a protein that is rich in fibre, potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus. They are very rich in antioxidants and absorb lots of water, if you soak chia seeds the liquid they absorb will help clean your digestive and immune systems by moving all the toxins and impurities through your body.
With one tablespoon of chia seeds containing five grams of fibre, this superfood is easy to add to your daily breakfast - in your smoothie or on top of your yoghurt/cereal!

You can choose to use the powder form which is the most powerful way as it directly absorbs into your body, it can be added to your juices or smoothies!

Goji Berries
Goji berries are found in Asia and some parts of America but are dried before being exported around the world.
They are super high in protein, antioxidants and amino acids as well as many minerals, they are considered one of the most nutritious berries/fruits on earth!
